Diario de Nanofgoat, 05 feb. 18

Very tough week. Sick - blood sugar spiked last Thursday, cold - “issues” through Sunday. All the good work with BS coming down so quickly disappeared. Now I don’ t know if spike is due to bad strips, bad testing (tested immediately after eating a few times), illness or actual surge. On a high note, however, I did loose 5 lbs. for the month of February. Goal for February is reintroduce exercise (failed to do so for January) and continue with 40/30/30 balanced meals. Hopefully, BS will drop again!
