Well yesterday ate BAD food. Woke up with head ache and am now sneezing from allergies. Took meds. Drinking coffee. Wiil get up and get a wet washcloth to breath through to stop the sneezing and then heat it in microwave to put on my head and sinuses for headache.

95,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 28,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
