Didn't eat very well yesterday. Had Panera for lunch and went to the bar for the pens game. Stayed away from pizza that everyone else was having and had a spinach chicken pita though. Chose a lighter beer and stopped by 9PM. Ran about 2.5 miles yesterday. I think a lot of the weight I lost from the weekend was water weight.
