Don't get discouraged if your weight loss slows a bit in the next few weeks, just keep at it. Most everyone goes through a plateau or two when losing weight (hopefully this won't happen to you). The best thing is to acknowledge that it can happen and plan how you will deal with it if it does. You are doing great so far, keep it up!!
