Ugggghhh. If I take my insulin I gain and then I'm sick. If I don't then I'm sick. Having a hard time..:(

Hang in there, it's all about finding that happy medium that allows you to feel okay and eventually good. You will get there. Make sure you don't allow your calories to affect your blood sugar.:-)
