yay....double digits. Didn't think this would've ever happened. Back in 2009 I tried losing weight by not eating enough and could never reach double digits. Now I'm eating enough, I'm eating balanced meals and I'm losing.
99,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 38,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 17,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I'm glad I could inspire some people....really this becomes part of your life without and without effort...now it's a thing in our household. My wife has lost 23,5kg from when I started. My mother in law started after seeing how far we've come and she has lost 6.8kg since the middle of Feb just by eating what we're eating.
