Well, I finished the first cycle of Extreme Fat Smash and other than the first day it wasn't bad. I had great results. I also have cut out 2 of the snacks because I just wasn't hungry. I also do more exercising than it's called for so hopefully my strategy will work for this week too before my body start fighting me too much. I am also doing a good job of varying my workouts to keep my body guessing so I guess I'm learning what works!!!! I hope I can keep this enthusiam up!!!! One thing I found helpful was to plan out my weeks menus in advance and also putting in the times I was eating and exercising to make myself more accountable. It also helps knowing what you are eating the next day to make sure you have everything.

Wow...didn't need to 2 snacks per day...that's pretty good. I've definately felt I needed them and boy was I glad I was able to have the snacks. I'm going to try to exercise more this week. keep up the good work. I started cycle 2 today.
