Meh a pound in nine days not too shabby I guess considering it's chocolate craving time. I really dislike snow shovelling but am taking the perception that this work is actually helping tone my arms, etc. especially when lifting heavy snow properly.

The slow cooker is getting good use and well cherry tomatoes in a vegetable soup isn't a good idea. Not all that tasty.
