quick tip, those who are on a caloric restriction, pkease make sure uour daily vitamin intakes are good, especially vitamin b deficiency might cause fatigue.

Good point. Nutrition poor caloric foods is a pretty sure road to failure. Notice when my dreams go strange, or mood being at a lower level, I need some B vitamins to fix it. I'm on a disipline that do not allow supplements, so I eat liver to fix it.

Diddee , aupplements should be espially necessary if youre eating on a caloric restriction, if youre on one, youre ultimately gonna be missi g out on all sorts of vitamins, taking a multivitamin now and then is very important for that reason
