Today I actually accomplished what I have been wanting to do. My husband and I went hiking on a 4.5 mile hike in the hills. It took me two hours to complete but at least I did it. Of course I wheezed and geezed on a few of the up hill climbs and now am recouping the afternoon away (reading actually). Now I need to sit down and figure out next weeks recipes, and groceries for the week. Not one of my favorite things to do. I am going to try and make it to gym tomorrow but no guarantees on this.
