you know what, i hit my pr. yes a shitty half assed pr. but i used to be seriously weak thanks to years of shitty diet, i dont personally support ketogenic diet, its never worked with me i just lose energy levels. im genuinly eating healthier and all my food is prepared by me. so its good.
