I did absolutely horribly over the weekend. I’m fasting today to balance it out somewhat, but I’m disappointed in myself. I couldn’t even bear to weigh myself this morning.

Thanks guys. I think I may need a stricter IF schedule, because once I start eating I have trouble stopping. 16:8 is comfortable for me, but I can do a lot of damage in 8 hours.

I just got back from vacation and did the same thing. Can’t change the past but it is good that you (and I) are going to get right back at it today. Just goes to show a little slip doesn’t have to turn into a total give up!
