Diario de thenester, 03 sep. 18

Tired and befuddled this morning. Our granddaughter stayed the night and she and I played games till almost 11 pm - she should have been in bed by 9... oops. Then had a most restless night - dreams full of bits and pieces of things that went on yesterday - all good, but somehow in my dreams they weren't... very weird. Our granddaughter talks non-stop... (love her to bits but I'm not yet awake for goodness sakes... I've sent her to go get cleaned up so I can get this down.) From the moment we were up talk talk talk - all this to say I forgot to get on the scales! Damn - there's only one other day I don't have a weight recorded and it was FS tech issues... I think I'm going to get on the scale and 'guestimate' when Lily's out of the washroom. Throughout all the talking I was able to make a fabulous breakfast - this'll keep us going while we kayak this morning... Forgot to get a shot until it was 3/4 eaten. Must remember this one - so tasty! Lily had toasted English Muffin with hers - I'm good without. Hubby had his cereal and blueberries as usual...

2 fried eggs topped with nacho cheese, bacon, 2 small slices tomato with mayo, salt and pepper with coffee & butter latte.
