Diario de mandabananaba, 06 sep. 18

I broke my fast early, at 1:15 because I didn’t feel well and thought some food might help. This will be another long-ish eating window because I plan to eat something at the downtown event tonight at around 7. I have plenty of room left in my calorie budget so I think it’ll be okay. I’ll do a shorter fast until Friday around 11am to get back to the timeframe I like for eating, then (hopefully) continue on from there.
