Expected. I overate yesterday because my feeling of nausea finally passed and I actually had an appetite. Unfortunately I ate quite unhealthily. Ugh.
I’ll be getting quite a bit of exercise today with 30 min of dog-walking and 1.5 hours of walking around the courts while the kids are in their tennis lesson. I can’t erase what I’ve eaten, but exercising will motivate me to eat better going forward.
