Diario de healthyhoosier, 10 mar. 08

Continued my 3 goals from last week (upping cals, exercise and water), upped the resistance on the bike and added 2 days of weight workouts. Didn't lose any lbs. But went from a 31.5 waist to a 29" waist. I'll take what i get. lol
