Day one of challenge. Haven't weighed for a while and I knew it would be up. My goal is to be less than 200 lb by the end of the challenge. That is 15.8 lb to lose. Treadmill this morning before church. 5 min warm up and cool down at 3mph and run 4mph/walk 3mph alternate for 20 min. 1.68 miles total in 1/2 hour. Lunch today with family, will need to be very careful.
