Diario de gigiphilby, 26 sep. 18

Calories going lower and lower. I have to make more of an effort to get that number up. I'm just not hungry any more. But way more active, and I feel terrific. My blood pressure and blood sugar has never been this good. Hope the pounds start dropping soon. I appreciate, and am grateful for all of you.
