Just a little surprised by an increase - might have noshed a bit extra yesterday... Back at it today - not going to give in to the gain - no way - it ain't happening. Will enjoy a nice cheddar mushroom omelette at home before heading to the airport to fly north for the week. Love my job - I get to places I wouldn't normally... It'll be a long week - crazy hours and won't be home till almost midnight Friday but keeping it keto all the way!
