found a pair of jeans in the closet that i can actually wear - now i have another pair of fat jeans to rely on, lol. Not for long! I looked into the giant mirror in the restroom at work and didnt really like what i saw today. My appearance is fine but my size was awful. That could be discourgaing but i am choosing to be more positive about it. I know i went awry last night, pizza, bread, wine. I drop everything for a good time. I have to rein that in!!! Today i got three scrambled eggs with spinach and onion for breakfast. no bacon or toast, i passed up french toast!No milk or yogurt. no sausage biscuit today. I have this week at work, then on vacation for two weeks and i really need to get things done at home, orgaizaed how i want to be, and i plan to sstsrt my waking plan. no sleepinig in, up and out of bed and go!
