I have got to get out of this habit of sleeping late. Even when I get up to get the kids ready for school I usually go back to bed after they leave. Its not like I'm really tired, I just don't have anything else to do so I sleep. If I had a car I would go to the park and walk but I still haven't got the money from the insurance company from wrecking my truck last weekend. Hopefully I'll get it soon.
But on a more positive note, I'm still sticking with my diet and losing weight. The weight loss has slowed down a bit but I expected that.

Congrats on sticking with your plan. As for sleep, my hubby tells me - "You can sleep after you are dead". He has a point, but I still sneak in sometimes for a Sunday afternoon nap.
