Diario de nsagley, 16 oct. 12

My whole family seems shocked that I'm actually sticking with this diet. Most of my life I've started diets and only lasted a week or less before I gave in to my cravings and just gave up. So what changed? I turned 34 last month. That's only 1 year younger than my dad was when he had his 1st heart attack. I don't want to live my life being sick. My dad died when he was just 53 years old. He didn't get to see his grandkids grow up and never got to meet his 1st great grandchild. So on my birthday last month I decide that isn't going to be me. I want to live a long healthy life and be there for my kids as long as possible.
