Diario de Zopity, 15 feb. 19

I've spent the last four weeks "reverse dieting" by adding roughly 30 calories each day. the first week I lost a couple more pounds, and I'm now eating almost 1,000 more calories per day and haven't gained any fat.
for those of you that have hit your goal, or those that have stalled and need to speed up their metabolism, I HIGHLY recommend trying a "reverse diet"
