I discover 2 wonderful websites for anyone on the Keto journey. They have loads of free Keto recipes and provide macros for each recipe. Best of all, they have recipes for proper meals AND treats (baked goodies, “Keto-friendly” sweets etc ). If you’re a baker you’ll love these sites. I made Apple muffins this morning (without apples, using baby marrow instead 🤷🏽♀️ I know sounds crazy but true) and they came out fantastic. 4g carbs each, including glaze!
