Ok, I escaped the weight gain yesterday however I think it was mainly water loss. Will have to be careful today because of my poor snack choice yesterday. Feeling good. My main problem is finding the time to get in the exercise as I have been so busy at work and need to catch up on things in the evening. This weekend I am going on a 5k walk for charity though and I believe we can make it 10 k if we want. I will do the 5 and then see how I feel. The weather is unfortunately not supposed to be that great. Wet and cold.
