Make it your opportunity for success! :) You can help control not only what is cooked, but how it's prepared, too!! This will give you time, even if it's only 20 mins a day to stretch and yes, start walking, that is great. We are creatures of habit, and change is not always easy, but when we get into ruts, it can be a blessing.
