Diario de loosinisfun, 10 jun. 08

GOOOOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!!!....day 371...an im waking up to another great day and ready for another great workout....having lost another pound yesterday has recharged my batteries and im ready to get the next pound off...gettin the weight off is an everyday challenge but im up for it...68 outside this morning....and no heat index yet...we had a bad lightening storm last night...and its cooler this morning for a change...so will be a cooler morning to walk for a change...today is store day again..so be walkin thru the store lookin at all the food an thinkin....mmmmmmm....looks good...but if i pick it up an look at the label...is it gonna be something that i can have...something gettin off the weight has taught me...look at the labels..at the fat content, the carbs, the calories, the sugar....look an see what im puttin into my body, that i have to work off each day....since i eat almost anything i want to a point...by being on atkins for a month i tend to try an keep my numbers in line alittle better then before...yes there are some days they are alittle higher then others, but those days are usually the days i work out harder and need the extra to burn off...and like drd3775...i try an cook my chicken, hard boiled eggs , stuff like that up in advance so that i dont have to wait when its time to eat...by doing it up ahead, makes it more convient and i snack less if i waitin on it to cook up...just finished breakfast and my protein shake and now my energy level is up an im ready to beat feet acrost the pavement and sidewalks...so have a great day...keep that body moving...keep that mini goal in site...more later....


addon...even though it was cooler out this morning...still worked up a good sweat walkin...came home ....cooled off for a few, changed shirts ...an headed to the gym for another workout...did bike for 15...got heart rate up an burnin the calories off ...then did 30 on treadmill...then another 10 on treadmill...called it a day at the gym an made a fast pace thru the first store...did good...only one bad thing on the list...bout some butter pecan ice cream...gotta have my sweets every once in a while...lol...just have to watch my portion sizes....

MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF !!!!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!
2. I AM FIRST !!!!!
3. I ONLY EAT WHEN I AM HUNGRY !!!
4. WHEN I AM HUNGRY I EAT ONLY PROTEIN !!!
5. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
6. WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD!!!
7. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP !!!!! AND GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
8. TAKING DAYS OFF ARE GOOD, GIVES MY BODY TIME TO HEAL FROM THE WORKOUTS !!!!!!
9. I PUSH MY WORKOUTS WHEN IM TIRED CAUSE IT BURNS MORE CALORIES, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!!
10. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

Still motivated I see!! Good point on making your food in advance... it's less tempting when you don't have to wait on something!!! Have a good exercise session!!

i just saw your before!! wow! yay for 70 pounds!!!! well almost :) is that food you were handling?? JACK IN THE BOX was my favorite job, i was 16-18! eveyone laughs at me when i say that!

You should be very proud of your accomplishment so far - see...you are becoming a lean, mean fat burning machine - the pictures proved it!!!! Keep it up buddy!

i do still eat pizza...but i only eat thin crust veggie lovers...and only one or 2 slices and then i walk away...lol...
