I have been crazy busy the past few days cleaning house. I have only been to the gym once this week doing the aqua fitness class. But I have been doing a lot of cleaning. I will be going to the aqua fitness class tomorrow..hubby in tow.
Last night we had a board game night with some friends, and one of them brought over "Dinner Mint Triangles" It was like crumbled thin mint cookie crust with a mint cream cheese frosting on top. OMG I had a tiny piece of it and WOW..I was almost in tears it tasted so good! I kept pushing the rest of it on other people so it wouldnt sit around our house afterwards.
Tonight I wanted to go out to eat..the baby is at his grandma's this weekend, so I wanted to take the opportunity! Husband wanted to go to this local Vietnamese place which normally I would never object to, but everything is with rice! I gave in though and ended up getting steamed shrimp, broccoli, carrots with brown rice. I figured brown rice and carrots are the phase 2 of south beach, so I'm not technically "cheating".. hehe
I did however get an avocado milkshake that we split. Avocado is healthy right? :) Its basically avocado, milk, sugar, ice all blended up.
I guess I'm allowed to have one bad eating day.
