Had a rough time this morning, missed my workout so that I could drop off the kids at the baby-sitter and then get to work on time. I can make it work most of the time, but we'll be out of town tonight and tomorrow which ruined my workout for the weekend, and I NEED my workout, its like my early morning cup of joe. I don't drink coffee but if its anywhere nearly as addictive as needing my exercise each morning I can tell why people get addicted to it.
