So as much as I wanted to make major changes in the last two days since starting on here - not so much. I havent had time in the morning to take my vitamins, let alone eat something. And really that might be one of the biggest challenges I have.

Time management is a HUGE issue. As for eating healthier - I went out to eat with some colleagues today at a mexican restaraunt, and didn't make the best of choices. But I just haven't got into that mindset yet.

I did some grocery shopping today and picked up a few frozen weight watchers to help out with portion control. Having chili and tatertots for dinner. Not healthy. I have no excuses. Its fast, cheap, and tastes good.

I still havent dealt with drinking more water. The idea makes me feel sick. I hate water. And I dont like the flavored packets. They dont help. If I drink one glass of water I'm in the bathroom in 10 minutes.

I hate water, too, but thankfully like some of the flavor packets that are low calorie (like the Crystal Light flavors). You may want to try the 0 calorie Sobe LifeWater as well. It's very yummy, naturally sweetened so no aspertame taste and has a lot of vitamins.
