I feel so great. I haven't even lost any weight but I feel like I have gained control over my life/my eating now that I am following a plan and not shoving a bunch of food in. I did well today. I didn't get any formal exercise in but I played for about 3 hours with an active two year old and that has to count for something. My eating hasnt been too terribly... Dinner just wasn't the best.
