Today went really well food wise. I have decided that the mini sized bagel bread is just my cup of tea with a little turkey and american cheese, some horseradish sauce (just a smidgeon for some kick) and a little dijon brown mustard is perfect for my lunch and worth the points in my book. I pair it with a salad and I am definately full. I have tried both the whole wheat and plain bagel breads..and I have to say, I will take the plain for the extra point. The whole wheat thing is a tough one for me. After all, I have come down from whole milk to 1%...do I have to move to whole wheat too??????? Baby steps baby steps baby steps! This is what I tell myself. I got a message from H today and it mentions Hip Hop Abs, which made me chuckle..as I bought it months ago did it for 2 nights, loved it ...and havent put it in my dvd player since-go figure?? Concentrating on the food and water for the time being..and remarkably, as much as agua is NOT my beverage of choice, it has been going well. Jeanette at work told me today that one glass of water is just 8 big gulps....and I repeat that in my head over and over as I chug my first 4 glasses each morning. Ohhhh the silly things we doooooooooo....=) cheers! heres to another night of STAYING out of the kitchen...am I the only night binger in town?? till next time....

I am HUGE night binger too. My husband works 4pm to midnight and my baby is asleep by 7pm so 7 to 10/11 is my toughest time. And I have to go into the kitchen to do dishes or fill dog bowls and I think, I can get a piece of this or that while I'm there. It takes will power for me to not leave the kitchen with ice cream or something, but we night bingers can do it! We can stay out of that dreaded room and on our diets!

I love that you take baby steps...for me....I go ALL OUT for the kill and then 2 weeks later i'm lying on the ground in a BIG BAG of CHIPS...because for some reason I deserve it...then I deserve it the next day...and the next....I also saw your other journaling and if you are really considering an excercise machine (or clothes hanger for your room) you might want to check out Craigslist in your area...you can find some amazing things...I also signed up today to do the BIGGEST LOSER on this website...you could also look into that...Good luck !

Ditto on the night snacking. When I let the dogs out in the middle of the night, I'm always wanting to get a little something. I'm not really hungry, but I feel I need something sweet. So I got some sugarfree mints and grab one of those and a big gulp of water. Does the trick, believe it or not!
