Just by looking at your food calendar, you should eat more, and eat healthy atleast every 2-3 hours. I eat 6-7 times a day, and have dropped 30 lbs, and went from 22% to 8.5% body fat in the last 5 months. A healthy weight loss goal is 1-2 lbs a week.
