ugh from me too, I gained a pound and a half but am down a pound and a half from when I started so that is confusing. I have not been altogether perfect this week so we'll see what next week brings. I'm not feeling discouraged and that is good. For a long time I threw my scale away and just ate healthy - I lost weight but didn't have that negative kick when I would have a bad week and gain a pound or two.
Got to the gym for 6 miles on the eliptical and cleaned the house the rest of the day. I need a smaller house or cleaner kids and dog. Not sure which would be better :)
