Continuing walking everyday...abot 20 minutes at a moderate pace. WOE is 16:8 IF and eating at a deficit. Total weight loss is 61 lbs. I will celebrate the victory and try not to think about the 90+ pounds left to go. Hard not to be impatient. Losing 1-3 pounds weekly, so I will get to goal eventually. Have a great day all!

Do you have a pedometer,smart watch or I watch? My I watch links to my cell and this app, it’s a game changer. Put it in in the am then off at night and it shows how much I walk at home too. Every step counts!

Congratulations!! Determination and strong will, will get you there. My RD has x my micros set but im not having enough protein intske. Im avoiding carbsxasxmuch as possible and going dow. I would love to lose another 100 myself. Be strong! You can do it!
