Diario de Rhoda Dendron, 06 oct. 20

Monday is not complete. I didn't know what to put. Becs invited my to dine with Frank and Chad. We went to Casa Orozco. I ordered steak fajitas, because that is the most healthy thing on the menu. I ate 1/3 - 1/2 of it. I didn't like it much - too much cumin on it. The meal came with 3 cups - fried - filled with: guacamole, pico de gallo and beans. There were chips and salsa. I had quite a few. I ate all the bean cup and half the avocado. Could not help it. I love Mexican beans. And I had 1/4 of the flan dessert with no whipped cream and no ice cream. Iced tea. I guess I must have used up all my points for the day. Had no wine later. I think I fixed another cup of tea. Well at least I am on my way down from 150.

For today, I will have no wine. I will split the dinner food between lunch and dinner, as it is a lot and very filling. I have very little salad left, as I gave most of my leftovers to Becs yesterday. I'll finish it off. Then I may have some little snacks such as another cup of tea and some popcorn and a WW chocolate ice cream bar.

OK. I changed my mind. It is almost 6 PM, and I only ate half the noodles and stroganoff, and I am not very hungry. I only had one plum. I have a little headache and did not sleep well last night. So yes to the wine, and no to the snacks.
