Scared to weigh-in. Spent the holiday weekend trekking around to the various houses of family members of mine and Dave (hence no weigh-in last weekend). While on the road it was gas station/fast food, and at home it was traditional Thanksgiving food. Really didn't have any exercise, Dave drove so it was just a lot of sitting. Sitting in the car, at the table, on the couch, etc.
Hitting the gym for the first time in at least a week if not longer after work today. Hoping that the renovations on the gym in my apartment complex are done (They said it'd be finished the Monday before Thanksgiving, and now there's just a sign on the door that says "Closed Until Further Notice". Thanks.)
Hoping to get to the gym 2-3 times during the week and at least once on the weekend (if its open....if not, DDR it is). And I do plan on weighing in (despite the bad behaviour and the fact that PMS is this week, ughh).
Hope everyone had a tasty holiday (and stayed on the wagon more than I did!
