Since Thanksgiving, I've been eating poorly! With work keeping me from working out and not planning meals it's been very hard to stay focused. I was working on a huge event and now that it's over I'm re-committing myself to my health and fitness regime. Christmas will still be an obstacle but I plan on giving myself a pass on that ONE day!! I want to lose 30 lbs by March, hopefully I'll make it happen!! Wish me luck!
