I increased my goal weight from 135 to 142.

My reasoning is this: I've been running and doing heavy calisthenics at the gym. And I love it. My new fitness regimen is bound to develop my jiggly muscles into sexy, toned muscle mass. And once upon a time, I was at my lowest weight of 147 lb 2 summers ago just by dieting (read: no muscle-building). At that time, I probably could have dieted off an additional 12 lb to reach my goal, but I wouldn't have had any toned muscles adding to my weight.

Therefore, I need to increase my goal weight to leave room for muscle mass so that I can be a sexy bad ass instead of just skinny. Rawr!
