I held off on weighing in in the hopes that this gain was simply water weight from TOM last week, but clearly that's not the case :( As such, setting the benchmark for this year.
I'm not going to let it derail me, or let it get me down, because at this time last year I was 177. I need to find a way to make this motivate me. I think I'm going to drop my daily calorie limit in an attempt to get my head back in the game, so to speak.
