Goor morning Americas, good afternoon from Europe!
I'm happy and proud to say that I exercised on saturday and sunday. On Sat. I cooked my home made burger meat (as detailed in previous posts)and when entering the info in FS recognized that it had been a bad idea to eat it. But so tasty!
So yesterday to compensate my misbehaviour, I ate a healthy lunch consisting mainly on fish and veggies. Yummy! (Yes, still obsessed with this tasty fish I found). I had the same for today's lunch.
When I look at myself in the mirror I start seeing some slight changes :) Nobody else noticed them yet, but I do, and I feel so proud of it. This proves me that a bit of effort and a lot of willingness can really make the difference. I start feeling it on my clothes as well and it is amazing!
While reading some journal entries in FS, I realized that many people go through some stage in which they weight in and don't see the numbers going down. I am about to weigh in for the second time, and I am a bit scared to face the same.
In order to prepare myself for that day, I decided to check my body measurements. I think (I hope!) that even if I don't lose weight in the scale, but I see some centimeters less in my body, this should still be a good sign of being in the right track.
For the record: Fri 7 Feb: Pierna: 42 cm. Muslo: 52 cm. Cadera: 115 cm. Cintura: 96 cm. Pecho: 107 cm. Brazo: 23 cm. Brazo (cerca del hombro): 28 cm.
