I'm feeling sad and frustrated today. The week in the office has been horrible, very stressful and with a lot of high vibrations around; on top of that I have been working very long hours, and when arriving home all I can think about is having warm soup and going to bed.
Past 2 days I didn't exercise, and today I promised myself I would make some time for it, but today already looks like another long day/night trapped in the office. By the time I'll arrive at home it will be around 10 pm and I'll be starving!
I'll aim for some time for exercise, even if after that I still need to eat something. But this is really not feeling nice. I had been doing so good with exercise and my body feels it; I don't want to stop :(
