Diario de Chickturu, 20 feb. 14

Well, not so bad after all. Despite being so tired all this week, yesterday and today I managed to do some exercise. Today is usually Zumba day but I had so much work I couldn't attend the session.

Despite that, I managed to do some eliptic at home :) still good, I guess. I am happy because I noticed that my body is getting used to making cardio. The first days/weeks I felt like dying after every session, and this week (yesterday and today) I have lasted longer and finished my sessions without feeling dizzy or sick... so it's getting better!

Tomorrow is social friday and I'm already thinking on what I will need to eat at lunch time so my calories at night are enough to let me have a 'big' dinner. Let's see how I manage.
