Well today went pretty good. I had start on Atkins, but my hubby was concern with the dizziness and other things and ask me to do a little more research and find something that would work better for me. So today I spent all day in the library and read a lot of books. I decided to just count calories and see how that goes. I was doing good that way losing 2 lbs a week and then seen my dieting buddies losing 5 or 10 on atkins and thought I would try it. As my sister told me today I have to find what works for me since I the one who needs to lose the weight the most. Anyway I picking something and sticking to it or I'll never lose weight. Glad I found this site because it figure the calories for me so I don't have to keep double checking myself.
