Diario de pah30-2go, 14 abr. 21

There have been many ups and downs. Hopefully I won't go backwards again.
I won't take weight loss for granted ever again.
it's been one of my biggest challenges (or maybe I'm using it as a diversion for the biggest challenges at play in the background)
I really need to learn how to keep it off when I get there.
Maybe my goal is unrealistic for my age and body type. I'm thinking about changing it to 135, which should be fine if I can maintain that. Anything remaining that I do not like about my body, is probably just me and my genetics. Going lower will lessen the visual effects of things that I don't like about my body type, but any bit of gain and there it is. it's probably unrealistic for me to think I can manage 127-130.
135 and a bodybuilding/shaping plan may be a healthier approach?
I still have a lot of work to do.

At some point it’s good to step back from the scale and practice being consistent without the microscope. Let the way your pants fit and energy, mood be the measure, and embrace the weights and resistance training methods!
