So tonight I decided, what the hell and joined my friends in creating some of the most delicious banana splits ever. It was a lot of extra calories, but it was fun and I don't regret it a bit. They only make it down here once a year so a treat with them is nothing to be ashamed of.

We also went to a hockey game which was a blast and I had some incredibly salt laden popcorn that was good at first, then turned disgusting so I gave it to the kid. LOL. I am sure I will gain tomorrow from that salt and the resulting water retention if nothing else. I am not going to sweat it though. Tomorrow is another day!
