I don't really even feel like writing anything today. Emotionally I am drained today. I love when friends come to visit, but it takes every ounce of energy I have so by the time they leave, I feel like an empty vessel. This makes it difficult to do anything good for myself like eat well and exercise.
The only exercise I got in this weekend was mowing the yard. I am physically exhausted and really don't want to work out this evening. I don't know at this point how I will push myself to do it. All I want to do is sleep right now. I don't know if this is something physically going on or merely another episode of depression from my bipolar. Either way, right now this "life change" thing is feeling stupid even though I know it isn't and I want to stop.

Sounds like things are tough right now. I'm glad to hear you say you "know" this "life change" thing isn't really stupid. Focus on taking care of yourself.
