Diario de Chickturu, 24 abr. 14

Yesterday I didn't exercise at all. I had all the will to do it but my eye/head was still hurting and didn't want to risk it, so I better gave my body some (more) rest. I think that worked, today I feel energized again so I better take this to my advantage (not often my body feels full of energy!).

On the positive, The gain I saw a few days ago is almost gone (only 100 grs. to go, which I hope to lose tonight). So if this is correct, I can still report an ok-ish loss during weekend. I don't expect to have a great loss from here til sunday, but well, a loss will still be a loss, so won't complain.

Also, I finally bought some seeds against constipation and supporting weight loss. These are super popular in my country (I never used them when being there) and I thought I should try them. Today is the first day I ate them, so let's see if they really help. Will keep reporting!

Please keep reporting on the seeds. If they work I may need to order them too. I hope you take advantage of having more energy and get a decent work out in. You can do it!

Rest days are good when you need them. I'm glad you are energized today! I hope the seeds work for you, and may actually help with the loss.

Thanks guys! Actually today was the first day I used the seeds and they already seem to work. Hehe, of course it is too soon to state if it was indeed due to the seeds, but of course Chica I will kee reporting :) I definitely needed a rest yesterday; but today I was able to exercise again and I'm so glad! cheers!

When we break up an exercise routine, even for just one day, the day after the break, we usually feel like that "full of energy" heheh. That's due to the exercise routine. If the exercise routine is lighter, you will feel that feeling almost every single exercise day ;)

Thanks euheide :) that is very true! it is just that sometimes I really need to fight with the lazy me that misses... well, being lazy hehe. Just a quick report on the seeds - they seem to be working :) not for weight loss (too soon to see that I guess) but at least for constipation!

Heheh, as long as you only take like 1 or 2 days off, it won't have a negative impact! Two days may start to "disconnect" you from your desire to exercise though. That's what happens with me. And then I force myself to exercise lightly and I find I'm full of energy after all and feel great afterwards lol ;)
