Diario de Chickturu, 28 abr. 14

Hi everyone!

A very quick note here to say hi. Again, my days are miserably busy at the office... Well, yes it is a blessing to have so much work and all that, but again I'm struggling to find a time to eat properly, or cook or exercise or do the stuff that I know I need to do to achieve my weight loss goal for May. Things are getting in the way; so I need some more power to overcome this.

On the positive: I bought a bike :) and I went riding last 3 days! one of them only for around 15 mins. and during weekend for around an hour or a bit more. Boy, I didn't remember how much I missed biking! I'm slowly turning my house into a gym :D

Diet has been ok-ish, exercise also ok-ish. I know I can do better, I just need to figure out how to do it.

Also quick progress report on the linseed: It is working very good :)

Hey, I am phasing the same problem currently. I made in two weeks 20 hours overtime, have no time to eat properly and ate so much chocolate to compensate the stress. :-( It is horrible and I gained 3 Kilos... Hope to go to the fitness center next weekend. But you are doing well.... Really... So keep on going... Cheers Decharisma

You are doing great on your bike!! I'm still struggling to get time in on mine between work and this crazy weather and gone the entire holiday weekend.

Thanks guys for being around :) Littlelissylou, linseed is very popular in my country for 2 things: against constipation and to support weight loss in a natural way. They are very small seeds that you can put into a salad or a beverage and take very easily. I heard so much about them but never used them before. I have been eating them for 4 days now and yes, they do help against constipation (no more details needed!). I did not know they are edible, interesting. I was wondering what type of seeds you were talking about previously. Linseed oil is used in finishing furniture. I have a beautiful antique table my dad refinished using just repeated applications of linseed oil.

Definitely a great job biking! I'm sorry that your job is so demanding. Just keep trying to document, and think ahead when you can. You're doing great :-)
