Well so far I am doing okay. For Breakfast I had the following
3 eggs and swiss with 4 sausage links with coffee, For Lunch I had 2 hamburger patties on 2 cups of spinach and 1 cup of lettuce with 6 cherry tomatoes and some cucumber slices with french dressing and diet dr pepper. I also drunk 3 16 oz bottles of water. Believe it or not hubby made me lunch and he surprise me too. He said he wanted to start supporting me more. Not sure what we having for dinner yet. I will come back later and let you all know what we had for dinner. I know I can do this. I am focus and been reading the forums for support and motivation. Again thank everyone for the advice and info that I have gotten so far. This is a great community. I am also learning how to use this site too.
